In close collaboration with Alexander Seeberg-Elverfeldt, Vice Art Director, we have redesigned the newspaper derFreitag which is awarded World’s Best-Designed 2009. The design prevailed over 240 other nominations. Our work was crucial in creating the new face of derFreitag. in seven months, we have developed the new layout and imagery. Some of the shown examples are layouts createded by the current art department, based on the designs we have developed.

In collaboration with students of the Universität der Künste (UdK) we have created a visual campaign for the exhibition Secret Societies at the SCHIRN KUNSTHALLE FRANKFURT in spring 2011. At first glance the posters and invitation cards are black, only after careful consideration a labyrinth and the printing become apparent.

art directors. Alexander Seeberg-Elverfeldt and me
did art direction for the issue on the topic “Tempo”. Two series and the
cover of the „Tempo”-issue were awarded at the Lead Awards.
